After cleansing, apply toner to prep the skin.

Open the pouch and place the mask onto the face, avoiding the lip and eye areas, then remove the protective film.

Leave on for 3–4 hours, or until the mask turns transparent as the active ingredients absorb, or apply at the end of your night time routine and leave on overnight.

Remove the mask and gently pat any remaining essence into the skin.
