Promotion: Summer SPF Campaign
By participating in the PURESEOUL Suncare Promotion ("Promotion"), customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The Promotion is operated by PURESEOUL and is available online and in participating PURESEOUL stores from 4 June 2026 until 24 June 2026, or while promotional stocks last, whichever occurs first.
During the Promotion Period, customers will receive 15% off all sunscreen products and up to 30% off selected products as marked. Discounts will be applied automatically at checkout where eligible.
The Promotion is subject to product availability and applies only to qualifying products. Promotional discounts cannot be combined with any other offer unless expressly stated. The Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other discount code, promotional offer, loyalty reward, voucher, staff discount, or other promotion unless otherwise stated by PURESEOUL.
Returns and exchanges remain subject to PURESEOUL's standard Returns Policy. Where a refund is approved, the refund amount will be based on the actual discounted purchase price paid by the customer at the time of purchase and not the original retail price.
The Promotion is available while stocks last. No cash alternative will be offered. The Promotion is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any alternative benefit.
PURESEOUL reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, extend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice where circumstances make this necessary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PURESEOUL accepts no responsibility for any technical, system, or administrative issues that may affect the availability or operation of the Promotion. In the event of any dispute concerning the Promotion, eligibility, qualifying purchases, or the application of discounts, the decision of PURESEOUL shall be final.

Promotion: BTS Experience Raffle
By entering the PURESEOUL BTS Experience Raffle ("Promotion") via the form on https://pureseoul.co.uk/pages/bts-raffle, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The Promotion is operated by PURESEOUL ("Promoter"). This Promotion is NOT sponsored, endorsed by, administered by, or affiliated with BTS, BIGHIT MUSIC, HYBE Corporation, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Live Nation, or any of their respective affiliates, partners, or representatives.
Entry to the Promotion closes at 8:00 PM (BST) on 26 June 2026. Entries received after this time will not be eligible for inclusion in the raffle. The Promotion is open only to residents of the United Kingdom who are active PURESEOUL Cloud Club members in the Silver Lining, Golden Horizon, or Cloud 9 membership tiers. To enter, participants must register using the same email address associated with their PURESEOUL account. Entries submitted using a different email address may be deemed invalid.
By entering the Promotion, participants consent to receiving marketing communications from PURESEOUL. Participants may unsubscribe from such communications at any time; however, doing so may affect communications relating to the Promotion.
Four (4) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a randomised selection process. Winners will be contacted privately via email following the close of the Promotion. Each winner will receive one (1) complimentary invitation to attend the PURESEOUL BTS Experience at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.The experience includes access to a private suite operated by PURESEOUL, food and beverages, a makeup masterclass and "get ready" session, a complimentary PURESEOUL goodie bag, and the opportunity to view the BTS concert from the suite. Dietary requirements will be requested prior to attendance and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate them.
The invitation is valid for the selected winner only. Invitations are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged, sold, gifted, or otherwise transferred to another person. Travel, accommodation, parking, and any other personal expenses are not included and remain the responsibility of the winner.
Winners must confirm their attendance by 11:00 AM (BST) on 29 June 2026. If a winner fails to respond by this deadline, declines the invitation, or is otherwise unable to attend, PURESEOUL reserves the right to withdraw the invitation and select an alternative winner. Attendance is limited solely to the winning individual. No guests are permitted under this invitation. Individuals who attempt to attend the PURESEOUL suite using separate general admission tickets or other event access arrangements will not be permitted entry.
By accepting the invitation and attending the experience, winners acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, and other content may be captured during the event. Attendees grant PURESEOUL the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, publish, and share their likeness, image, voice, and participation in any promotional, marketing, editorial, or social media content without further notice or compensation. Attendees acknowledge that other guests may also capture and share content featuring them.
References to a "VIP" experience relate solely to the nature of the PURESEOUL-hosted experience and do not refer to any official VIP ticket classification, package, artist access, backstage access, meet-and-greet opportunity, or affiliation with the concert organiser.
PURESEOUL reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions. PURESEOUL further reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, cancel, or terminate the Promotion, or any invitation awarded under it, at any time and for any reason where reasonably necessary to do so. As the invitation is provided free of charge, PURESEOUL reserves the right to withdraw or rescind the invitation at any time. No cash alternative or substitute prize will be offered. The Promoter's decision in respect of all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final.
