Advent Calendar 2026 – Release Terms & Conditions

  • The PURESEOUL 2026 Advent Calendar will be available for Cloud Club First Access from 17 September 2026, followed by general release from 18 September 2026.
  • Cloud Club First Access is available to eligible PURESEOUL Cloud Club members only and you must be already signed into the Cloud Club to access the early release. Further details on how to access the first release will be communicated directly to eligible customers.
  • Quantities are strictly limited. Being on the Advent Calendar waitlist, being a Cloud Club member, or receiving a launch communication does not guarantee an Advent Calendar.
  • Advent Calendars are available while stocks last and are subject to availability at the time of purchase.
  • There is a maximum purchase quantity of 1 Advent Calendar(s) per customer/order. PURESEOUL reserves the right to cancel or amend orders that exceed this limit.
  • The Advent Calendar is available for purchase online at PURESEOUL.co.uk, subject to availability.
  • Products included in the Advent Calendar are not guaranteed to be available for individual purchase and certain products may be exclusive to the Advent Calendar or available prior to their wider launch.
  • Product contents may vary from images or promotional materials shown. PURESEOUL reserves the right to substitute an individual product with another product of equal or greater value, where necessary.
  • The stated £500+ value is based on the combined value of the individual products included in the Advent Calendar and may be based on the applicable recommended retail price or PURESEOUL selling price. This may be subject to change.
  • Promotional codes, discounts, Cloud Club rewards and other offers cannot be used towards the purchase of the Advent Calendar unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • The Advent Calendar cannot be purchased using gift cards.
  • All purchases are subject to PURESEOUL’s standard Terms & Conditions of Sale and Returns Policy.
  • PURESEOUL reserves the right to amend the release dates, availability, purchase limits or these terms where reasonably necessary. Any material changes will be communicated via the relevant PURESEOUL channels.

 

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the limited nature of the Advent Calendar, all Advent Calendar purchases are final.
  • The Advent Calendar cannot be returned or refunded once purchased, including where a customer changes their mind or no longer wishes to receive the product.
  • Customers should carefully review their order before completing their purchase.
  • This does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to products that are faulty, damaged or not as described.

 

Shipping & Delivery

  • Advent Calendars will not be dispatched immediately following purchase. Orders will be shipped from November 2026, with the exact dispatch date to be confirmed closer to the time.
  • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once their Advent Calendar has been dispatched.

By participating in the PURESEOUL Anniversary Sale ("Promotion"), customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The Promotion is operated by PURESEOUL and is available online and in-store and in participating PURESEOUL stores from 9:00 AM, 31 July 2026 until 9:00 AM, 3 August 2026, or while promotional stocks last, whichever occurs first.

During the Promotion Period, customers will receive 20% off selected products as marked. Discounts will be applied automatically at checkout where eligible.

The Promotion is subject to product availability and applies only to qualifying products. Promotional discounts cannot be combined with any other offer unless expressly stated. The Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other discount code, promotional offer, voucher, staff discount, or other promotion unless otherwise stated by PURESEOUL.

Returns and exchanges remain subject to PURESEOUL's standard Returns Policy. Where a refund is approved, the refund amount will be based on the actual discounted purchase price paid by the customer at the time of purchase and not the original retail price.

The Promotion is available while stocks last. No cash alternative will be offered. The Promotion is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any alternative benefit.

PURESEOUL reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, extend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice where circumstances make this necessary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PURESEOUL accepts no responsibility for any technical, system, or administrative issues that may affect the availability or operation of the Promotion. In the event of any dispute concerning the Promotion, eligibility, qualifying purchases, or the application of discounts, the decision of PURESEOUL shall be final.
