A 10% off student discount will be provided to eligible customers making in-store purchases. The offer is available as part of our Freshers Month promotion and to welcome students back for the new academic year.
Eligibility & Redemption
To receive the 10% student discount, customers must; be signed up to the PURESEOUL newsletter, be over the age of 16, be actively enrolled in a valid UK institution, and present a valid photographic student ID in store at the time of purchase.
Accepted forms of student verification are:
- Physical Student ID
- UNiDAYS ID
- Student Beans ID
Student verification must be dated, contain a photograph, valid/current, and belong to the customer presenting it. UNiDAYS and Student Beans ID cards must be shown in the app, and must include your photograph.
Examples of unacceptable ID: Highschool/secondary school ID, a photograph of your ID, ID for institutions located outside of the UK, app screenshot, branded lanyards, .ac.uk/sch.uk email inboxes, University merchandise.
Valid institutions are defined as a College, FE/sixth form, or University located within the United Kingdom, officially authorised by the UK government to use specific protected titles, and, in higher education, either award degrees or deliver courses that lead to recognised degrees.
Customers must present their ID to a PURESEOUL staff member at the checkout counter for inspection. Customers are responsible for informing the staff member of their wish to participate, and this must be done before payment is completed.
PURESEOUL reserves the right to refuse to apply the discount if valid student status cannot be verified.
The Discount
The 10% student discount is valid in-store only at all participating PURESEOUL stores from 1 October until the 31 October 2026, and is not applicable to online orders.
The discount expires at the end of 31 October and cannot be redeemed after this date.
The discount applies to full-priced products only, and cannot be applied to products already on discount or promotion.
The discount cannot be combined with any other discount, voucher, Cloud Club reward, promotion or offer.
Returns and exchanges for orders participating in this promotion remain subject to PURESEOUL's standard Returns Policy.

Advent Calendar 2026 Terms & Conditions

The PURESEOUL 2026 Advent Calendar will be available to purchase in Great Britan (England, Scotland and Wales) for Cloud Club Pre-Sale from 17th September 2026 at 10AM, followed by general release for all online customers from 18th September 2026 at 10AM while stocks last.
Presale
An early access Pre-Sale is available to PURESEOUL Cloud Club members who consented to join the advent calendar waitlist. Instructions on joining this were shared to consenting PURESEOUL newsletter subscribers, and across various PURESEOUL social media channels.
Customers that joined the presale waitlist, and who become/ are Cloud Club members, will have the opportunity to purchase the advent calendar before it is made available online to all customers.
Quantities are strictly limited. Being on the waitlist, or receiving a launch communication does not guarantee an Advent Calendar.
Information provided as part of the waitlist are processed in accordance with PURESEOUL’s general privacy policy.
In addition to the above, any presale purchases are subject to the standard terms and conditions for the advent calendar general sale (as listed below)
General Advent Calendar Sale
Advent Calendars are made available to purchase within Great Britan (England, Scotland and Wales), online at pureseoul.co.uk, while stocks last, and are subject to availability at the time of purchase.
There is a maximum purchase quantity of 1 Advent Calendar per customer/order. PURESEOUL reserves the right to cancel or amend orders for customers that exceed this limit, or are suspected of exceeding this limit. Customers must be 18 years or older.
If a product becomes unavailable, PURESEOUL reserves the right to substitute with another product where necessary of equal or greater value.
Products included in the Advent Calendar are not guaranteed to be available for individual purchase.
Products presented as “exclusive” to the Advent Calendar are defined as products not available to purchase at PURESEOUL, at the time of the calendar launch on the 17th September. Please note however, that these products may be made available for purchase at PURESEOUL at a later date.
The stated value of £500+ represents the combined value of the individual products included in the Advent Calendar, based on the applicable recommended retail price (RRP), or PURESEOUL selling price at the time of the Advent Calendar's initial announcement on the 7th August 2026. For products that are not yet available for sale, including pre-launch or exclusive products, the value is based on an estimated RRP or anticipated PURESEOUL selling price – this number is an estimation, and so may differ from the final selling price once the product launches.
Promotional codes, discounts, Cloud Club rewards and other offers cannot be used towards the purchase of the Advent Calendar.
The Advent Calendar cannot be purchased using gift cards.
Corporate / business purchases are not permitted.
PURESEOUL reserves the right to amend the release dates, availability, purchase limits or these terms where reasonably necessary. Any material changes will be communicated via the relevant PURESEOUL channels.
Delivery & Shipment
Advent calendars contain a fragrance (dangerous goods). This means calendars can only be shipped to addresses located within Great Britan (England, Scotland and Wales), and cannot be shipped overseas, including UK addresses not in Great Britan such as Northern Ireland.
Shipping of the Calendars will commence in November, please allow for delivery up until the end of November. Communication regarding expected shipment dates, dispatch times, and tracking information, will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Orders that contain products other than the Advent Calendar may be subject to part fulfilment. In this instance, the other products may be dispatched and arrive separately. If applicable, this will be communicated to the email address provided at checkout, and separate tracking may be provided.
A specialised delivery fee of £10 will be added and charged at checkout. Due to the high value of the calendar, on the day of the delivery, you must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel.

Returns & Refunds
The Advent Calendar can only be returned if it is completely intact and unopened, with all products and packaging present and in their original condition, and otherwise in accordance with PURESEOUL’s standard online Returns Policy HERE.
If a calendar is returned, refunded, or cancelled, remaining stock may be released on the website for purchase at anytime.
