There are 2 ways to send this E-Card.

Proceed to checkout with your own details - this way a receipt will be sent directly to you, and your recipient will receive a seperate gift card email.

2. Alternatively, proceed checkout as normal with your own details, and simply forward it to the recipient as a when you choose to.

HOW TO USE
Enter the 16-digit number into the "gift card or discount code" box at checkout.
If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click Complete order.

If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

E-Gift Card FAQ

No. This is a virtual E-card that is sent via email - it acts as a discount code so no physical item is needed.

We do not currently offer physical gift cards.

If there are other physical items in your order, they will be posted to you as usual, and you will receive a seperate email containing the card details.

Yes - at the checkout counter, your recipient can do one of the following:

1. Simply present the unique code to one of our team members.

2. In the email, there is a button that adds the gift card to your apple wallet (iPhone users only). If this is enabled, your recipient can present the QR code to a team member, and they can apply the gift card by scanning it.

No worries, any funds left over after the transaction can be used towards a subsequent purchase. The code can be applied to as many number of purchases as necessary until the card balance is reduced to 0.

If it's used to partially cover a purchase, the remaining amount can be cleared with an additional card payment (both in-store and online)

No, our gift cards will only expire when the total amount has been spent.
