It's super-soft sherbert-like texture provides gentle but effective cleansing that removes even waterproof mascara.  

Contains a spatula and inner lid for easy storage and mess-free application!

Using the spatula, scoop a generous amount of balm onto dry hands and dot across your face (forehead, cheeks and chin). Massage the balm into your skin until the makeup is dissolved. Add a splash of water to emulsify, and then rinse thoroughly.
