TIP: Pop these in the fridge overnight for a cooling de-puffing effect in the morning.

Gently lift out the patches with the spatula, and then smooth them gel side down under your eyes (or wherever you need them) 
Leave the patches for 20-30 mins, then pat in any remaining essence.
