Micro-sized silica particles inspired by VT’s Cica Reedle technology stimulate the lips, while warming and cooling ingredients create a more intense tingling sensation for a bolder plumping effect. Jimo root extract helps hydrate the lips and boost the look of volume. CICAHYALON, a blend of centella asiatica extract and hyaluronic acid, soothes and nourishes. Jojoba oil and vitamin E soften and condition, while hyaluronic acid locks in moisture to keep lips smooth and supple.
