Modern sunscreen technology meets traditional Korean skincare ingredients with this gorgeous Relief Sun from Hanbang brand Beauty Of Joseon.

This moisture-rich SPF is enriched with a blend of 30% brightening rice water and fermented probiotic complex to leave dry skin feeling instantly nourished, and help to promote a healthier moisture barrier. 

This sunscreen is most famous for its buttery lotion texture which leaves a satin finish that feels just like your favourite moisturiser. It is also a hybrid sunscreen, which ensures this product is suitable for most skin tones without any white cast or streakiness.

This is the perfect winter sunscreen for dry and dehydrated skin types looking for an extra boost of radiance. 

 

HOW TO USE
After applying your usual morning skincare routine, finish off with a generous amount of sunscreen. Smooth lightly over your face and gently pat to aid absorption. 
Reapply throughout the day as needed.

 

* Don't forget to do a quick patch test before using any new products. Pop a small amount on your wrist and wait at least 24 hours before using on your face.

Is totally invisible, it doesn't smell, and isn't oily. I love it

Better than others I've tried

While it's not the perfect sunscreen in every sense for me, it does check some important boxes. The texture, smell, and all is good, it doesn't irritate my skin or make me feel like it can clog my pores... However, it does take a long time for it to settle and absorb, and it doesn't mattify, which for a shiny oily gurl like me it's not ideal, but it can be ok. I think I will be trying the stick formula at some point since that one is matte, perhaps an initial layer of this one and then another one of the stick could be the right mix for me.

i love it!

i transitioned from using the bondi sands sunscreen to this one and i love it much much more! i love that it gives me a glow but not an oily shine like the bondi sands one did, it’s fragrance free (not the way the bondi sands one is where it still has a weird scent) but truly smells like nothing! it has a texture of a moisturiser and is so lightweight, doesn’t have a white cast either. it’s so fab i love it! if you have oily skin/don’t like the oiliness that some sunscreens give you, i’d def recommend this one!

Good but not great

I’ve been using this for over a month and I have mixed opinions. At first it seemed great, and it definitely does protect my skin against the sun. However, after a while I find that it does actually irritate my skin a bit and dry it out. It also looks very shiny (using the two-finger rule; definitely NOT a matte finish!) and doesn’t feel that lightweight when it’s on my face - so would not recommend for oily skin types. It’s an alright product but personally does not work for me as well as I’d hoped in the long-run, and I’ll definitely be trying other brands going forward.

Amazing

Very nice texture, easy to spread on my face and leave a lovely matt finish, so no need for putting powder on my face after. Also, has SPF 50 so perfect protection.
