By saturating the pads with toner, you can create your own DIY sheet masks (also known as the Korean 'mask pack' trend) for your cheeks and forehead. After leaving them in place and finishing your hair styling, you'll enjoy plump and refreshed cheeks, perfectly primed for your makeup application.
