Cleanse your skin, and then pat dry (it will not adhere to damp skin).
Choose the right size, and peel away a patch, then place it gently over any active breakouts. Press and hold the patch into the skin for a few seconds, and then proceed with the rest of your routine.

After 8-10 hours, gently remove the patch from the affected area. The patch will turn white when all excess pus and impurities from the pimple have been absorbed.
Apply another if needed, or your treatment products to further aid with the healing process.
