Cambridge Store Opening

1. General Terms
1.1 Offers advertised are valid exclusively at our Cambridge store.
1.2 Offers are available from opening day (13/03/2025) and will continue until stocks last.
1.3 Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
1.4 If a purchase qualifying for a gift is cancelled or returned, the gift will not be granted, may be revoked, and cannot be redeemed against a future purchase. If an item is returned for a refund or exchange that results in the transaction value dropping below the required spend threshold, the customer must also return the gift in its original condition. If the gift is not returned, the equivalent retail value of the gift may be deducted from the refund amount.
1.5 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate these offers at any time. Gifts may be subject to product restrictions or exclusions.
1.6 Gifts must be redeemed at the point of purchase and cannot be claimed at a later date.
1.7 Participation in any offer is subject to store policies and staff discretion. Staff reserve the right to refuse the distribution or redemption of any gift wristband if they believe a customer is attempting to manipulate the offer or is in breach of these terms.
1.8 Joining the queue does not entitle customers to receive a gift. Gifts are subject to availability and will only be distributed while stocks last.
1.9 Customers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards staff and fellow shoppers. Any inappropriate, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour may result in disqualification from all promotions and removal from the store premises.

1.10 Wristbands for applicable offers are distributed in order of arrival to the best of our ability.
1.11 Customers must present their wristband at checkout to redeem their goodie bag or starter kit. Lost or stolen wristbands cannot be replaced.

2. Goodie Bags
2.1 The first 100 customers will receive a blue-labelled wristband from a team member while in line.
2.2 To redeem a goodie bag, customers must spend a minimum of £30 at checkout.
2.3 Contents of the goodie bag may vary and are subject to stock availability

3. Starter Kits
3.1 After the distribution of the blue bands, the following 300 customers will receive a purple-labelled wristband.
3.2 To redeem a goodie bag, customers must spend a minimum of £30 at checkout.
3.3 Contents of the starter kit may vary and are subject to stock availability

4. Silver Wristbands & General Gifts
4.2 Customers who join the queue after all blue and purple wristbands have been distributed will receive a silver wristband.
4.3 Silver wristbands are not associated with a specific gift and are used solely for queue management.
4.4 While silver wristbands do not guarantee a gift, customers with a silver band are encouraged to participate in various in-store games, giveaways, and promotions.

Customers agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions by participating in our Cambridge Opening Day event. We reserve the right to make amendments or withdraw any offer without prior notice. For any further inquiries, please speak to a team member in-store.
