Ticketed Slots & Goodie Bag Terms 

TICKETING & ENTRY

From 10:00 to 14:00, this is a ticketed event only. You must arrive only during your chosen time slot, and only those with a ticket will be permitted entry. Late arrivals will not be admitted.

Entry requirements:

  • The purchased ticket with the QR code.
  • A valid photo ID matching the ticket name.
  • One ticket per person, admitting only the person whose name is on the purchased ticket.
  • No under 16s will be admitted.

GOODIE BAG / STARTER KIT REDEMPTION

  • Ticket holders must spend £30 minimum in a single transaction to redeem their goodie bag or K-beauty kit, based on the ticket type selected.
  • £10 ticket fee is deducted from the total order value at the point of purchase.
  • Ticket must be redeemed on opening day only.
  • Redeemable gifts are only available during your time slot and date - any late arrivals will not be permitted to redeem their gift.

GENERAL ENTRY

  • From 14:00, entry will open to the general public.
  • Entry to the general public shopping hours does not require a ticket and will be permitted based on current store capacity.
  • Please note that if we are at full capacity, you may be asked to return later.
  • There will be queues during your timed slot. We ask for everyone's patience, and advise you allow up to 4 hours for your visit. 🩵

GDPR

  • By booking a ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your data for event management in line.
  • By joining the queue on opening day, you agree that your likeness may be featured in PURESEOUL and third-party marketing content.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Strictly no entry without a valid ticket and ID.
  • Loyalty vouchers, including money-off and birthday discounts, cannot be used on opening day as special promotions apply.

PURCHASING YOUR TICKET

  • Tickets are issued on a first-come, first-served basis and availability is not guaranteed until checkout is completed. In the event that your selected ticket type (e.g. Goodie Bag Ticket) sells out before your payment is processed, the system may automatically issue an alternative ticket (such as a K-beauty Kit Ticket) or re-route you if all tickets have sold out. We appreciate your understanding as demand is extremely high and tickets may sell out within minutes.

General Opening Day Terms

  • Offers advertised are valid exclusively at the specified opening store.
  • Offers are available from opening day and will continue until stocks last.
  • Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
  • If a purchase qualifying for a gift is cancelled or returned, the gift will not be granted, may be revoked, and cannot be redeemed against a future purchase. If an item is returned for a refund or exchange that results in the transaction value dropping below the required spend threshold, the customer must also return the gift in its original condition. If the gift is not returned, the equivalent retail value of the gift may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate these offers at any time. Gifts may be subject to product restrictions or exclusions.
  • Gifts must be redeemed at the point of purchase and cannot be claimed at a later date.
  • Participation in any offer is subject to store policies and staff discretion. Staff reserve the right to refuse the distribution or redemption of any gift if they believe a customer is attempting to manipulate the offer or is in breach of these terms.
  • Gifts are subject to availability and will only be distributed while stocks last.
  • Customers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards staff and fellow shoppers. Any inappropriate, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour may result in disqualification from all promotions and removal from the store premises.

Customers agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions by participating in our opening day events. We reserve the right to make amendments or withdraw any offer without prior notice. For any further inquiries, please speak to a team member in-store.
