After saturating hair and scalp with water, take a generous amount into your hands and massage into your hair. Focus on the scalp, but if you need a gloss boost also distribute a small amount onto the length of your hair. Rinse thoroughly with water after 2-3 minutes

Don't be concerned if you notice a tingling sensation - this is expected due to the inclusion of menthol in the formula. It will subside after a minute
