After saturating hair and scalp with water, take a few pumps into your hands and massage into your hair. Focus on the scalp for best results (avoid direct application to the ends of your hair). Leave for a minute and then rinse thoroughly with water.

Don't be concerned if you notice a tingling sensation - this is expected due to the inclusion of menthol and exfoliants in the formula. This is normal, but if you find it personally uncomfortable, just simply rinse the shampoo away sooner.
